Let your personal style reflect your inner artist today because you are a living expression of your creativity.
Turn a daily moment into a sacred one — coffee, walking, journaling, because the divine lives in the ordinary, everyday moments.
Create a “glow pace” playlist to anchor your creative or work rhythm because music codes your momentum.
Plan a “glow walk” with no destination, just sensation because presence expands pleasure.

Create Your List
Write out these types of ingredients that create the recipe to your special sauce. Don’t stress about creating the ‘perfect’ list. Your Glow needs change based on what life throws at you, so don’t judge or censor yourself about what comes up or sparks something in you. This practice is a boost for connecting with your intuition and bringing awareness to what you truly want ‘more’ of in your life.
Ways to Create Your List-
Write it out on paper or a notecard you can keep with you
Designate a page in your journal
After journaling, reflect back and pull out ideas
Keep a notepad by your bed and jot things down from your dreams or thoughts from your liminal moments
Create a note in your phone
Write it on a sticky note and pile them together
There really isn’t a wrong way to do it. The act of getting them out of your head and into ‘reality’ is the key step here.
Once you have your list started, go “shopping” for them, noticing them throughout your day or intentionally creating them in your life.
