New Hiking Kicks

With my walk streak over 5.5 years strong, I’ve put in a lot of miles. But mostly on low-key trails and sidewalks. Since I’m visiting my high school bestie soon, and she’s excited to take me hiking at elevation in the San Juan Mountains, I decided that it would be a good idea to have some legit hiking shoes (versus my ‘hiking flip flops’ that I have used on other hiking adventures in the past lol).

A few trail walks in and these new-to-me Merrells are feeling like they are up to the job. I may just pack my flip flops for good measure though!
